A show stopping cookie. Everyone loves it when I make these. So tasty. I am starting to get people requesting me to make them! Be careful not to overcook these as they can burn very easily.

Made these gluten free with a 1-1 substitute of Edmonds plain flour. They turned out great and tasted delicious but next time I would definitely chill the balls for longer to prevent spreading (eg for a minimum of a few hours instead of 30mins).

Yummy cookies. Quick and easy to make and hard to resist. The combination of blondie chocolate and macadamia nuts is delicious. Definitely one I’m going to add to my baking rotation.

Easy recipe to make. Unfortunately mine did not turn out like the photo 😃 . They have past the Husband test stating "tase alright".
