Very easy & yummy. Have put in these additions though: used arrowroot biscuits or digestive biscuits and used lite condensed milk to drop the sweetness (also substituted maple for golden syrup to do the same) and put in about 1 1/2 packets (so about 300g). Made some while in Canada last week & was asked several times for the recipe.

Made this so many times already! A recipe that sounds simple but is just incredible with the Blondie chocolate and the contrast of the crispy wine biscuits and the chewy apricot. So good. Hot tip - use a tall glass like a rolling pin to flatten the base so it's totally even. Heat the chocolate in the microwave 10-20s at a time then stir.
