Best Tiramasu ever! A firm family favourite requested at every event. Absolutely delicious, and even better the next day. We often have a hard time finding the flat white chocolate so substitute for Whittakers darker coffee chocolate. Turns out just as delicious.

Absolutely delicious the crunch of the chocolate in the layers gives it the 5% magic! Taken to three dinner parties now and was a hint! I slightly reduced amount of sugar in the egg mixture as first one was a bit sweet. Definitely worth giving it a go
