Ingredients: 190g Butter; 190g Brown sugar; 3 Tbsp Golden syrup; 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste; 60g Shredded coconut; 220g Rolled oats; 150g Plain flour; 1 tsp Baking powder; 100g Dried apricots, roughly chopped; 250g Whittaker’s 50% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped

Fabulous slice, very yummy combination of dark chocolate and apricots. I did bake it at the correct temperature but mine took 35 minutes.

It was delicious but I found it very crumbly! I could not get a nice bar like the photo which was disappointing. Assuming it is a ‘user issue’ but I’m not sure what I did wrong - any tips?
