Ingredients: 190g Butter; 190g Brown sugar; 3 Tbsp Golden syrup; 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste; 60g Shredded coconut; 220g Rolled oats; 150g Plain flour; 1 tsp Baking powder; 100g Dried apricots, roughly chopped; 250g Whittaker’s 50% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped

Excellent recipe. easy to put together. I have tried making it with different whittakers chocolates and also tried swapping apricots for other dried fruit and the syrup for honey. A very versatile recipe that I am copying into my file!

Made this tonight… had no coconut, added abit of oat bran instead. Also added pine nuts and a few peanuts choooed! Came out delicious. Thank you.
