I made these over easter, with all but the chocolate on top. They were nice and everyone thought they looked amazing. The recipe lacked some details, especially if you weren't a seasoned baker.

I found the cakes a little dry, the custard and ganache were yum! The first version I did, didn't have enough custard inside. The second version I dug out a lot of the cake and it was a lot better.

I probably wouldn't make them again though.
