Ingredients: 170g Self-raising flour; 1/4 Tsp Baking soda; 200g Brown sugar; 180g Castor sugar; 25g Cocoa powder (use good-quality Dutch cocoa powder for the best results); 3 Medium eggs; 75ml (5 tbsp) Plain, unsweetened yoghurt; 200g Whittaker’s 62% Dark Cacao chocolate; 200g Butter, cut into pieces; 1 Tbsp Instant coffee granules; 125ml Hot water icing sugar, to dust; 100g Whittaker’s 50% Dark chocolate, broken up; 110ml Thickened cream; 1 Tbsp Castor sugar

THIS IS THE ONE! I will not be making a chocolate cake using any other recipe other than this one EVER again! I will not even experiment! This will forever be my go to and believe me I’ve baked a lot of chocolate cakes!
