Method
- Heat cream in a small pot until almost boiling and then remove from heat and add 2 Sante bars. Reserve 1 for your mug!
- Using a whisk, melt the Sante bars completely.
- Then return to a low heat, gradually adding the milk and stirring it through until the milk is hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
- Add a few marshmallows into your mug (along with the Sante bar in the mug too - don’t forget!)
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the mug and over the marshmallows.
- Pipe meringue on top and toast it using a blowtorch.
- Add chocolate curls on top of the meringue.
- Put marshmallows on a kebab stick and toast it before adding to your hot choc.
- Drizzle some melted chocolate over.
- Grate some white and milk chocolate to top.
- Grate some cacao beans to enhance the chocolate flavours.
- Dust with cocoa powder and indulge in your mug of chocolate decadence.
