Ingredients: 6 Egg whites; 170g (¾ Cup) Caster sugar; 100g (1 Cup) Roasted hazelnuts; 140g (1 ½ Cups) Roasted flaked almonds; 140g (1 Cup) Dates, chopped; 85g (½ Cup) Dried figs, chopped; 220g Whittaker's Fruit & Nut Chocolate, chopped; Zest of 1 Orange; 100ml (⅔ Cup) Cream; 1 Tbsp Icing sugar; 1 Tbsp Cocoa; 220g Mascarpone

Surprisingly easy to make, and absolutely delicious. This is a recipe that lends itself to tweaking with regards to the fruits and nuts that are added in.
