Ingredients: 40g Desiccated coconut; 250g Coconut biscuits; 100g Wine biscuits; 6 Fresh dates, stone removed; 3 Tbsp Cocoa powder; 150g Butter, melted; 250g Whittaker’s 50% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, broken into small pieces; 375g Cream cheese, softened; 350ml Cream; 2 Tbsp Cointreau, optional; 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder; 250g Whittaker’s 50% Cocoa Dark Chocolate; 70ml Cream; 250g Strawberries, trimmed and halved; 125g Fresh raspberries; 50g blueberries
