White Chocolate Rocky Road
Method
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Melt 2 blocks of Whittaker’s White Chocolate in the microwave – stir at 20 second increments to avoid burning.
- Once melted, stir through pistachios, cranberries, macadamia nuts and marshmallows (save some pistachios and cranberries to sprinkle on top).
- Pour into a lined tray and sprinkle additional pistachios and cranberries on top. Add some gold leaf for a festive touch. Once cool, chop into squares.
