Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt 2 blocks of Whittaker’s White Chocolate in the microwave – stir at 20 second increments to avoid burning.
  3. Once melted, stir through pistachios, cranberries, macadamia nuts and marshmallows (save some pistachios and cranberries to sprinkle on top).
  4. Pour into a lined tray and sprinkle additional pistachios and cranberries on top. Add some gold leaf for a festive touch. Once cool, chop into squares.

Âľ Cup Pistachios, Roughly Chopped
Âľ Cup Cranberries, Roughly Chopped
½ Cup Macadamia Nuts, Roughly Chopped 
1 ½ Cups Marshmallows, Roughly Chopped
Edible Gold Leaf, Optional
