    I made this gluten free by substituting out the oats and using ground almonds and quinoa flakes with gf flour. It was delicious - very more-ish!

    Very delicious and decadently rich. Could leave out 1/2 the bar if you wanted a less rich version. I'm already thinking of how to adapt with dried sour cherries or cranberries and white chocolate..... an excellent slice.
